These Prosciutto Bites are the perfect blend of salty, cheesy, and crispy. Bite-sized pizza dough balls wrapped in prosciutto and coated with Parmesan cheese make for an irresistible appetizer that’s quick and easy to prepare.

- 1 pound prepared pizza dough
- 8 ounces sliced prosciutto, cut in half widthwise
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Divide pizza dough into 16 pieces and roll into smooth balls.
- Wrap each dough ball with a half-slice of prosciutto. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush dough balls with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–17 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool for 5–10 minutes and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh pizza dough for the best texture.
- To avoid excessive saltiness, don’t double-wrap the dough balls with prosciutto.
