Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound prepared pizza dough
  • 8 ounces sliced prosciutto, cut in half widthwise
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Divide pizza dough into 16 pieces and roll into smooth balls.
  • Wrap each dough ball with a half-slice of prosciutto. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush dough balls with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15–17 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Cool for 5–10 minutes and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use fresh pizza dough for the best texture.
  • To avoid excessive saltiness, don’t double-wrap the dough balls with prosciutto.
