			- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
 - 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry (thawed)
 - 24–30 slices pepperoni (halved)
 - 1 large egg whisked with 1 tbsp water (egg wash)
 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Pizza sauce (for dipping)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
 - Roll out puff pastry to ⅛-inch thickness on a floured surface. Cut into 16 squares.
 - Place pepperoni (3–4 pieces) and 1 tbsp mozzarella in the center of each square.
 - Fold one corner to the center, brush with egg wash, and fold the opposite corner to seal. Brush tops with egg wash.
 - Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with pizza sauce.

- Substitute pepperoni with mushrooms or sausage for variations.
 - For extra flavor, sprinkle Italian seasoning or Parmesan before baking.
