    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

    • ½ tbsp lemon zest
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan, and chill.
  • Make the Lemon Jell-O: Dissolve lemon Jell-O in hot water and cool to room temperature.
  • Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, mix in cooled Jell-O, zest, and vanilla, and fold in whipped cream.
  • Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 6 hours.
