Instructions

- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, mix in cooled Jell-O, zest, and vanilla, and fold in whipped cream.
- Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 6 hours.
