Description

This no-bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark is the perfect sweet-and-salty holiday treat! Made with just five ingredients, it’s ideal for gifting or snacking. Crunchy pretzels, smooth chocolate, gooey caramel, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt make this bark irresistibly delicious and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 8 oz mini pretzels

  • 11 oz Kraft caramels (unwrapped)

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling


Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Melt chocolate chips in 30-second microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.

  • Spread ⅔ of the melted chocolate on the baking sheet.

  • Press pretzels onto the chocolate layer.

  • Melt caramels with heavy cream in the microwave until smooth.

  • Drizzle melted caramel over the pretzels.

  • Drizzle remaining chocolate on top.

  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt while still warm.

  • Chill until set (30 mins in fridge or 2 hrs at room temp).

  • Slice into pieces and serve or store.
