This Samoas Cookie Pie combines everything you love about Samoas cookies into a gooey, chewy, and chocolatey dessert with caramel and toasted coconut.
Ingredients
- Cookie Base: Unsalted butter, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, salt.
- Toppings: Semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, melted chocolate for drizzling.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Mix butter, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla; stir in flour and salt.
- Spread dough into the dish and partially bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust, then top with coconut.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely for at least 4 hours, then drizzle melted chocolate.
