Ingredients

  • Toppings: Semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, melted chocolate for drizzling.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Mix butter, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla; stir in flour and salt.
  • Spread dough into the dish and partially bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust, then top with coconut.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  • Bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely for at least 4 hours, then drizzle melted chocolate.
  • Slice and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Let the pie cool completely before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Toasting the coconut enhances its nutty flavor.
