  • 20 oz frozen tortellini (Boil if using fresh or boxed)
  • 32 oz frozen vegetables (Broccoli or mixed vegetables work best)
  • 34 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare Tortellini (if needed): Boil fresh or boxed tortellini according to package instructions. Drain well.
  • Slice Kielbasa: Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  • Assemble Ingredients: Spread kielbasa, tortellini, and frozen vegetables evenly on the sheet pan.
  • Season and Drizzle: Drizzle with oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese over everything.
  • Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even cooking.
  • Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a crispier tortellini texture, bake it alone for 5 minutes before adding the other ingredients.
