- 20 oz frozen tortellini (Boil if using fresh or boxed)
- 32 oz frozen vegetables (Broccoli or mixed vegetables work best)
- 3–4 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare Tortellini (if needed): Boil fresh or boxed tortellini according to package instructions. Drain well.
- Slice Kielbasa: Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble Ingredients: Spread kielbasa, tortellini, and frozen vegetables evenly on the sheet pan.
- Season and Drizzle: Drizzle with oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese over everything.
