			- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
 - 1 tsp kosher salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - ½ tsp paprika
 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 cup Bang Bang sauce (homemade or store-bought)
 - Chopped green onions for garnish
 
Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tbsp sriracha
 - 1 tbsp honey
 
Instructions
- Season Chicken: Pat dry thighs, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
 - Sear: Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
 - Make Sauce: Whisk together mayo, sriracha, and honey.
 - Combine: Add sauce to skillet, coat chicken evenly.
 - Serve: Garnish with green onions and enjoy!

- Adjust spice level with more/less sriracha.
