Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Bang Bang sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
Bang Bang Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Season Chicken: Pat dry thighs, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear: Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Make Sauce: Whisk together mayo, sriracha, and honey.
  • Combine: Add sauce to skillet, coat chicken evenly.
  • Serve: Garnish with green onions and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust spice level with more/less sriracha.
