			- 1 cup cremini mushrooms (cleaned and trimmed)
 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream
 - 1⅓ cups Gouda cheese (diced)
 - Olive oil (for sautéing)
 - Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms with salt and pepper for 4–5 minutes until tender.
 - Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine (or stock). Simmer until reduced.
 - Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
 - Add diced Gouda cheese and bake in the oven for 6–8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Serve immediately with bread or your choice of dippers.

- Substitute Gouda with Fontina or Gruyere for a different flavor.
