1. Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat and transfer it to the slow cooker.
2. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped peppers for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Add to Slow Cooker: Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the slow cooker with the browned beef.
