Ingredients
For the Beef and Broth:

1 lb (450g) beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into cubes

For the Ramen Noodles & Vegetables (Optional):

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Optionally, sear beef cubes in a hot skillet until browned. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add Broth and Seasonings: Pour beef broth and water over the beef. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, onion, and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low heat for 6–8 hours until beef is tender.
- Add Vegetables (Optional): Stir in vegetables about 30 minutes before serving.
- Cook Noodles: Add ramen noodles 5 minutes before serving and cook until softened.
- Serve: Ladle beef, broth, noodles, and vegetables into bowls. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- For extra heat, add chili paste or sriracha to the broth.
