 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 small chili (optional, for heat)
 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 - ½ cup heavy cream (stirred in at the end)
 
 - For Garnish:
- Fresh cilantro leaves
 - Whole-milk Greek yogurt
 
 
Instructions
- Make the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, onion, cilantro, egg, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Form into 2-inch meatballs.
 - Prepare the Sauce: In the slow cooker, combine crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, butter, ginger, garam masala, and chili. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Cook the Meatballs: Gently place the meatballs into the sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours.
 - Finish the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream 10 minutes before serving for a creamy finish.
