  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, garlic, and bell pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  • In a slow cooker, layer half the potatoes, meat mixture, and sauce. Repeat layers.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours (or high for 3–4 hours) until potatoes are tender.
