This cheesy pierogi casserole is a no-fuss slow cooker meal featuring frozen pierogies, smoky kielbasa, and a creamy, rich cheese sauce. Perfect for weeknights!

- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cheddar pierogies
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
- Pour chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Layer frozen pierogies and sliced kielbasa on top.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Mix softened cream cheese with ½ cup of broth and stir into the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook for another 30 minutes on low until cheese is fully melted.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.
