Ingredients

- For the Sauce & Cooking: Chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, gnocchi, fresh spinach, Parmesan cheese.
Instructions
- Mix meatball ingredients, form meatballs, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Add meatballs to the slow cooker with broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- Add gnocchi and cook for 20 minutes. Stir in spinach and Parmesan before serving.
