S’mores Krispie Treats

Description

A quick, no-bake dessert that captures the gooey, chocolatey flavor of classic s’mores using Golden Grahams, mini marshmallows, and melted chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal

  • 4 cups mini marshmallows, divided

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

  • 2 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, broken into squares

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Grease or line a 9×9-inch pan.

  • Melt butter with 2 cups mini marshmallows in microwave until smooth.

  • Cool slightly, then mix in cereal.

  • Stir in remaining marshmallows and half the chocolate chips.

  • Press into pan gently.

  • Top with Hershey’s pieces and remaining chocolate chips.

  • Let set, then slice into squares.

Notes

  • Don’t overheat the marshmallows—short bursts work best.
  • Let melted mix cool slightly to avoid over-melting chocolate chips.
