Crust:

  • 1.5 tubes prepackaged sugar cookie dough

Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings (use any fruit you like):

  • Blueberries

  • Raspberries

  • Mandarin oranges (prepackaged in a jar)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • Press sugar cookie dough evenly onto a greased 11×17 cookie sheet.

    • Bake for 12–16 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.

  • Make the Frosting:

    • Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth and creamy.

  • Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread frosting over the cooled crust.

    • Slice the crust into squares before adding fruit for easier serving.

  • Add Fruit Toppings:

    • Decorate with fresh fruits as desired.
