Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites:
- Salmon Fillets: 1½ pounds, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
 - Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
 - Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
 - Smoked Paprika: 1 teaspoon
 - Salt: ½ teaspoon
 - Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
 - Cayenne Pepper: ¼ teaspoon (optional)
 
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- Mayonnaise: ½ cup
 - Thai Sweet Chili Sauce: ¼ cup
 - Sriracha Sauce: 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
 - Honey: 1 tablespoon
 - Lime Juice: 1 tablespoon
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
 - Season the Salmon: Toss salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
 - Preheat Air Fryer: Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
 - Cook the Salmon: Place salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
 - Serve: Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites and serve hot.
