These Spicy Brown Sugar Bacon-Wrapped Little Smokies are the perfect appetizer for parties, game days, and holiday gatherings. Sweet, smoky, and spicy, they’re easy to make and always a hit!

- 16 oz package of Little Smokies
- 15 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Pinch of black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Wrap each little smoky with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Mix brown sugar, cayenne, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the wrapped smokies in the sugar-spice mixture until fully coated.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Use thin-cut bacon for better crisping.
- Adjust the cayenne for more or less heat.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
