Description

These Spicy Brown Sugar Bacon-Wrapped Little Smokies are the perfect appetizer for parties, game days, and holiday gatherings. Sweet, smoky, and spicy, they’re easy to make and always a hit!


Ingredients

  • 16 oz package of Little Smokies
  • 15 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Wrap each little smoky with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Mix brown sugar, cayenne, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Toss the wrapped smokies in the sugar-spice mixture until fully coated.
  • Place on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  • Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use thin-cut bacon for better crisping.
  • Adjust the cayenne for more or less heat.
