  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  • Season the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  • Stuff the spinach mixture evenly into the chicken breasts. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
  • If the filling spills out, press it back inside before serving.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
