- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
- Season the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Stuff the spinach mixture evenly into the chicken breasts. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
