A creamy, no-bake fruit salad that combines the flavors of cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and bananas for a light yet indulgent dessert.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups strawberry banana yogurt
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- 2 ½ cups bananas, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
- Stir in yogurt and gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes (optional for better texture).
- Just before serving, fold in strawberries and banana slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- To prevent bananas from browning, toss them with lemon juice before adding.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or granola.
