A creamy, no-bake fruit salad that combines the flavors of cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and bananas for a light yet indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups strawberry banana yogurt
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 2 ½ cups bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent browning)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
  • Stir in yogurt and gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Chill the mixture for 30 minutes (optional for better texture).
  • Just before serving, fold in strawberries and banana slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • To prevent bananas from browning, toss them with lemon juice before adding.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or granola.
