Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the strawberry cake mix and stir until fully combined. If using fresh strawberries, fold them in gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely before adding the glaze.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle or spread the glaze over the cooled brownies.
- Slice and serve! Optionally, top with fresh strawberries, white chocolate drizzle, or powdered sugar.
