Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cups mango (cubed, fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberry Layer – Blend strawberries, lime juice, and maple syrup until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, filling them halfway. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare the Mango Layer – Blend mango and orange juice until smooth. Pour over the strawberry layer. Swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect (optional).
  • Freeze – Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Unmold & Serve – Run molds under warm water for 30 seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles. Enjoy immediately!
