Strawberry Mango Popsicles

Description

A refreshing, healthy summer treat made with 100% real fruit. These strawberry mango popsicles are naturally sweet, vegan, gluten-free, and super easy to make with just a blender and popsicle molds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups strawberries, hulled

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

  • 3 cups ripe mango, cubed

  • 1/3 cup orange juice


Instructions

  • (Optional) Cook strawberries with maple syrup and lime juice for 5–10 mins to intensify flavor.

  • Blend strawberries until smooth. Pour into molds halfway.

  • Blend mango with orange juice until smooth. Pour on top of strawberry layer.

  • Swirl with knife or chopstick if desired.

  • Insert sticks and freeze 6–8 hours or overnight.

  • Run molds under warm water for 30 seconds to release pops.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for best sweetness.
  • Cooking strawberries enhances the jammy flavor.
  • Freeze in batches and store for up to 3–4 months.
