A refreshing, healthy summer treat made with 100% real fruit. These strawberry mango popsicles are naturally sweet, vegan, gluten-free, and super easy to make with just a blender and popsicle molds.
Ingredients

3 cups strawberries, hulled

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

3 cups ripe mango, cubed

1/3 cup orange juice
Instructions

(Optional) Cook strawberries with maple syrup and lime juice for 5–10 mins to intensify flavor.

Blend strawberries until smooth. Pour into molds halfway.

Blend mango with orange juice until smooth. Pour on top of strawberry layer.

Swirl with knife or chopstick if desired.

Insert sticks and freeze 6–8 hours or overnight.

Run molds under warm water for 30 seconds to release pops.
Notes
- Use ripe fruit for best sweetness.
- Cooking strawberries enhances the jammy flavor.
- Freeze in batches and store for up to 3–4 months.
