Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup shortbread cookies, crushed

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 6 prepared crepes


Instructions

  • Macerate strawberries with sugar; set aside.

  • Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

  • Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
