Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup strawberry jam or fresh strawberry puree
  • Optional: 1-2 drops red or pink food coloring

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Make the strawberry swirl: Warm the jam slightly or blend fresh strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
  • Melt the chocolate mixture: Heat white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour and swirl: Pour the mixture into the pan, drizzle strawberry puree on top, and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • Slice and serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a more vibrant color, use food coloring.
