Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into the baking dish, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Arrange tater tots evenly on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
