			- 1 (12 oz) package three-cheese tortellini pasta
 - ½ cup milk powder
 - ¼ cup dried minced onions
 - 2 teaspoons beef broth powder (or bouillon)
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 can peas (or vegetable of choice), undrained
 - 2 cans canned chicken
 - 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk powder, dried onions, broth powder, and seasonings.
 - In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
 - Add tortellini, seasoning mix, peas (with liquid), and canned chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
 - Turn off the heat and stir in cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
 - Serve warm with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan if desired.

- Swap chicken for shrimp or crispy bacon.
 - Use fresh tortellini for a quicker cooking time.
 - For a vegetarian version, omit the chicken and add extra veggies.
