Description

Ingredients

  • 12 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Smoked paprika, for garnish


Instructions

  • Boil eggs, then cool and peel.

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

  • Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  • Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

  • Garnish with smoked paprika and chill until ready to serve.
