Description

A creamy and refreshing grape salad made with juicy green and purple grapes, a luscious cream cheese dressing, and a crunchy brown sugar pecan topping. Perfect for family gatherings, picnics, and potlucks!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs seedless green grapes
  • 2 lbs seedless purple grapes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and gently stir until fully coated.
  • Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans on top.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a healthier option.
