- 2 lbs seedless green grapes
- 2 lbs seedless purple grapes
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and gently stir until fully coated.
- Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans on top.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
