Description

A no-bake, 3-ingredient snack that combines bananas, creamy peanut butter, and rich dark chocolate into a wholesome and delicious frozen treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium semi-ripe bananas

  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

  • Flaky sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Slice bananas into ⅓-inch rounds and arrange them in a tight rectangle on the baking sheet.

  • Spread peanut butter over banana slices evenly. Freeze for 20 minutes.

  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

  • Pour melted chocolate over frozen peanut butter layer. Spread evenly.

  • Sprinkle sea salt if desired. Freeze for at least 90 minutes.

  • Flip, peel parchment, break into pieces, and serve!

Notes

  • Use semi-ripe bananas for the best texture.
