A light, creamy, and sweet-tart summer mocktail with a pink lemonade base and fluffy lemonade whipped cream topping. Perfect for families, parties, or any hot afternoon


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pink lemonade mix (for whipped topping)

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (for drink base)

  • 1½ cups cold water

  • Ice


Instructions

    • Whip ¼ cup pink lemonade mix with heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    • In two glasses, mix 1 tablespoon pink lemonade mix with ¾ cup cold water each. Stir well.

    • Add ice to fill two-thirds of each glass.

    • Top each drink with lemonade whipped cream.

    • Stir whipped cream into the drink just before serving for a creamy texture.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the whipping cream and mixing bowl before use.
  • Use sugar-free lemonade mix for a lighter version.
  • Add lemon slices or mint leaves for garnish.
